Edge bander KDT 526G
The KDT KE-526G is a high-speed through-feed edgebanding machine designed for precise and reliable edge processing at speeds up to 30 m/min. It is equipped with dual glue tanks (EVA and PUR), a 6+6 servo-driven edge magazine, a 4-motor corner-rounding unit, and an advanced touch-screen control system, ensuring top-level quality and high productivity.
Purpose: The high-speed automatic edge banding machine KE-526G is designed for simultaneous edge processing of straight furniture panels using synthetic roll material.

Liquid application units:
1. Release liquid application – 2 nozzles before jointing unit, preventing glue sticking to the workpiece.
2. Polishing liquid application – 2 nozzles before polishing unit, removing release liquid and glue residue while adding shine.
