1. Cleaning PUR/EVA Glue Pots

The “Glue Station KDT” features a switch for motorized left-and-right movement to efficiently clean glue pots such as SGP and others. Especially useful for cleaning PUR glue from the pots. When PUR glue is not used for an extended period, it’s important to clean the pot thoroughly to prevent it from hardening and potentially blocking the system.

2. Storing PUR Glue for up to 72 Hours

With our innovative air-management system in the reservoir, you can ensure optimal preservation of polyurethane glue quality in the pot for up to 72 hours. Thanks to the sophisticated vacuum-control program, you can store two glue containers in the GLUE STATION KDT. This system allows you to keep the glue fresh and ready for use during work breaks, colour changes, or glue switches.

3. Integrated Pre-heating of the Glue Pot

Our device also enables pre-heating of the glue pot, meaning you can change glue type or colour without downtime. The pot can be quickly pre-heated in the maintenance reservoir and is immediately ready for use on the machine.

Mobility and Operation

GLUE STATION KDT is a compact, standalone unit on wheels, allowing easy movement around the workshop. The system supports simultaneous handling of up to three glue pots – two inside a dedicated reservoir and one in an external position with motorization for cleaning, maintenance, and glue changes. All pots feature temperature control for fast and efficient process changes.
