Automatic door leaf processing line
The KDT automatic door processing line is designed for processing door leaves in continuous operation. The line is used in the door, furniture and joinery industries and is suitable for series production of doors.
Features
- Complete door-leaf processing cycle: sizing (panel cutting), edge banding, routing of locks, hinges and keyholes.
- High productivity of up to 40–60 doors/hour.
- Automatic loading and unloading.
Door line configuration options
Option no. 1 – one machining center is used for routing the hardware fittings.
Option no. 2 – two machining centers are used for routing the hardware fittings, together with an automatic workpiece distribution system based on machine load and remaining processing time.
