Dovetail jig CMT620

The dovetail jig is designed for creating corner joints such as dovetail joints as well as straight box joints for drawers, solid wood furniture, beehives, gift boxes, and many other woodworking projects. The jig supports workpieces up to 620 mm (24.4") wide.

The system is compatible with virtually any handheld router, provided that the guide bushing matches the selected router bit, including CMT, Iskra, Makita, Black+Decker, and many other brands.

The standard package includes a template for half-blind dovetail joints and a guide bushing. Optional templates for through dovetail joints and box joints are available separately.

Package includes:
⎻ heavy-duty steel frame with two clamping bars for horizontal and vertical workpiece clamping,
⎻ precision laser-cut 4 mm galvanized steel template,
⎻ 15.8 mm guide bushing,
⎻ CMT620 half-blind dovetail template.

Sold separately:

⎻ 12.7 × 12.7 mm, 14° dovetail router bit with 8 mm shank (CMT 918.127.11).
