Optimizing crosscut line Stromab Matrix

Stromab MATRIX is a crosscut line with an electronic feed system and a controlled axis. The MATRIX line combines the reliability of Stromab crosscut saws with a push feed system for workpieces. A brushless motor ensures precise positioning of workpieces.

3 versions are available for 3 integrated production solutions: BASE/OPTI/OPTI PLUS.

The BASE version is developed for those working with materials of uniform length, with workpieces loaded individually or in bundles. 3 optimisation options are available (fixed length, set sequence and workpiece sequence).

The OPTI version enables automatic measuring of the workpiece. A suitable solution for those working with materials of different lengths, with workpieces loaded individually or in bundles. 6 optimisation options are available (fixed length, set sequence, workpiece sequence, volume, minimum waste and priority).

The OPTI PLUS version enables automatic detection of marks, ensuring full optimisation and removal of knots and defects. Marking is done with fluorescent chalk.

Standard equipment: 12-inch touch screen, USB port, Ethernet port, LINUX operating software, storage of up to 10,000 cutting lists, circular saw blade, pneumatic lifting of the feeder and return to the starting position.

Optional equipment (OPTI and OPTI PLUS versions): pneumatic clamp, table extension for quick loading, gate for removing trimmed material (ends and defects), additional circular saw blade, push system up to 14 m long, label printers, inkjet printers and fast rollers.
