Suitable for furniture manufacturers to cut large quantities of sheets. The material throughput is large, equipped with fully automatic sawing and cross cutting functions, supporting the docking of waste chopper conveyor lines, and equipped with a heavy-duty rotating platform to automatically rotate the working direction of panel. It is suitable as an independent solution or integrated in the production line, and can operate continuously in a weekday.
1. The main saw drive adopts a 30 kW high-power variable frequency motor.
2. The angular saw is equipped with 3 groups of movable grippers (6 pairs of clamps), driven by independent servo on a linear slider.
3. The crosswise saw is equipped with a double-pusher clamp structure for staggered or synchronous sawing.
4. Adopt German Beckhoff controller, stable and reliable.
5. Equipped with a rotating plate mechanism, which automatically adjusts feeding based on the cutting plan.
6. Large sawing size: Max. rear feeding size 4300 mm (L) × 2100 mm (W).

Basic configurations
1. Servo movable gripper
The angular saw is equipped with 3 groups of movable grippers (6 pairs of clamping clamps), and the gripper movement is driven by independent servo on a linear slider. The software predicts the next cutting plan in advance and automatically adjusts the position of the gripper to the material waiting area, making the grab more reasonable and stable.
2. Crosswise Saw Twin-Pusher Structure
Twin pusher independently drives and collaboratively works, cutting 2 workpieces of different sizes simultaneously, improving sawing efficiency by 30%. The maximum working width of the auxiliary pusher is 600 mm, and the main and auxiliary pushers synchronously clamp the boards to achieve simultaneous sawing of multiple small strip boards.
3. Lengthwise saw double crossbeam structure feeding system
Clamps and pusher work independently, allowing simultaneous loading and sawing, reducing loading waiting time and improving efficiency by 30%–35%.
4. Turning device
Automatically adjusts the feeding plan according to the cutting plan without human intervention.
5. Scoring saw adjustment (crosswise & lengthwise)
Parametric adjustment of scoring blade movement without stopping the machine.

9. Gripper feeding device
Equipped with high-precision reducer and gear-rack feeder. Cutting accuracy reaches ±0.1 mm.
10. Steel air-flotation worktable
Pneumatic floating balls protect the panel from scratches and allow easier movement into the working area.
11. Blade quick-replacement (KDT patented)
Allows fast replacement of saw blades, reducing worker burden.
12. Automatic rear-loading
Equipped with a hydraulic lift table, increasing efficiency by 20%, saving manpower and reducing labor costs.
13. Pusher with thickness measurement
Grating position ensures precise loading. Minimum workpiece thickness: 8 mm.
