SAF dust extraction unit with a 4 kW motor, 27 filters with a total surface area of 13.97 m², airflow of 4000 m³/h, and two collection bags with a volume of 450 L.
The mobile SAF S-4000 dust extractor will satisfy any carpenter who needs a high-quality extraction unit for removing wood dust and sawdust from woodworking machines with higher air consumption (wide belt sander, smaller CNC machine, etc.) or multiple smaller machines (panel saw, thickness planer, milling machine, etc.).
Thanks to its wheels, the unit is suitable for smaller workshops where the machine occasionally needs to be moved from one place to another.
The dust extraction unit is equipped with 27 bag filters with a diameter of 160 mm and a length of 1030 mm, ensuring higher airflow compared to similar machines with fewer filters.
An advantage of SAF extraction units is also their metal impellers made of 3 mm thick steel, which are precisely balanced and ensure smooth and quiet operation.
The separator prevents larger particles from entering the turbine, thereby avoiding damage to the impeller and reducing the risk of machine ignition.
A major advantage of the machine is the enclosed section containing the bag filters and extraction turbine, which enables quieter operation and increased safety.
