Clamps
Two automatic clamps, moving at up to 140 m/min, dramatically shorten the work cycle compared with other through‑feed CNCs on the market. Guide lengths of 3900 mm (model 610) or 5600 mm (model 612) greatly reduce the need to re‑clamp the workpiece, further speeding up the process. The system for automatic inspection and measurement of a workpiece’s length, width and thickness greatly reduces the potential for human error when operating the CNC. Once the machine detects the actual dimensions of the panel, it can automatically adjust drill positions. The KDT software then ensures that all corrections remain within your predefined tolerances. If a workpiece falls outside those tolerances, the program automatically rejects it.
