Four-sided planer REIGNMAC RMM 633
The machine is designed for more demanding users and is primarily intended for planing larger cross-sections. The planing machine allows planing or profiling workpieces with dimensions of 330 × 230 mm using tools of 340 mm and 240 mm.
The machine is characterized by exceptional robustness, weighing 7,000 kg. All shafts on the machine have a diameter of 50 mm for greater rigidity and precision. All horizontal spindles are also supported on the outer side, ensuring precise operation even at larger widths. To facilitate the movement of workpieces, the working tables are chrome-plated, which also reduces friction and minimizes wear on the table. The machine is standardly equipped with pneumatic pressure on the infeed and outfeed shoes for the top spindle, and pneumatic pressure on the infeed shoe for the left spindle. For easier handling of larger workpieces, the machine has a driven spiral roller in the working table, adjustable via a pneumatic cylinder.
The machine is standardly equipped with motorized lifting and lowering of the top spindle with a touchscreen display. The bridge (pressure rollers) is controlled in the same way. Optional control is also available for the left spindle. The standard version comes with a SIEMENS touchscreen with memory function.
