A premium carbide surfacing cutter for morticing and surfacing.
The spoilboard surfacing router cutter has 6 side HM blades and 3 frontal blades and is excellent for spoilboard surfacing and morticing of surfaces in solid wood, chipboard and MDF board.
HM blades, which have 4 cutting edges, ensure that the processed surface is always perfect and smooth.
There is no need to sharpen the carbide blades because they are replaceable; when the current cutting edge becomes dull, you just turn the HM plate 1/4 of a turn and you get a new cutting edge.
The cutter has carbide blades with a radius, which makes the machined surface processed even better.
