Bench veneer splicing machine CASATI Z650

Machine allows to join veneer sheets by means of thermoadhesive thread. The thread heating is got with an electric resistance. The melting temperature is adjustable by means of a four-position commutator.

The feeding speed of the veneer sheets and the oscillation angular speed of the heating device are constant. The start of the veneer feeding is given with the pedal.

The feeding disks can swing in order to compensate when they are joining different thickness veneer sheets.

This machine is available also with carriage (model Z 650/ i). It is a cabinet with wheels where after use the machine may be fitted in.
