Machine features KDT KD-612 G:
The KD-612 G CNC machine has two drilling units, upper and lower, which allow the workpiece to be processed on 6 sides. It has two upper spindles with a C-axis and two lower ones. The two upper spindles feature linear tool changing with 10 positions for the right milling spindle and 2 units for the left milling spindle with C-axis. With advanced technology, it enables processing of all additive designs in a single working pass and highly precise drilling of blind holes on edges and flat surfaces of panels.
Multi-purpose use means the machine can be used for various operations such as milling, drilling, and sawing of workpieces ranging from minimum dimensions 70×35 mm to maximum 2800×1200 mm.
Due to high precision, the speed is also high—up to 140 m/min. This is enabled by extremely high-quality and precise INVT servo drives, which significantly contribute to increased machine productivity.
Thanks to connectivity support with other software programs, the machine is highly suitable for production optimization and automation, making it ideal for producing demanding and complex components.
For automatic tool changing, the 4-axis aggregate allows simultaneous changing of 2 angle aggregates on the left side, while the right additional milling unit has a magazine with 10 tool positions.
The machine includes an integrated intelligent dust and waste removal system, which automatically removes residues and dust, ensuring a clean working environment.
