2x blade 250 mm – 2.2 mm thick – cutting height 120 mm
2x blade 300 mm – 2.5 mm thick – cutting height 170 mm
2x blade 350 mm – 3.0 mm thick – cutting height 220 mm
2x blade 450 mm – 4.4 mm thick – cutting height 300 mm
The MRS700 A multi-blade saw is designed for larger cutting thicknesses. Ideal for pallet production, cutting construction timber, etc.
The machine is of industrial design, intended for cutting larger thicknesses up to 220 mm. A version with a 300 mm processing height is available!
It has a double arbour, top and bottom, which allows cutting greater thicknesses or using smaller blade diameters, giving a narrower kerf and therefore less waste.
The MRS 700 A is equipped with a feed chain that ensures straight feeding and therefore cutting precision. Feed speed is variable from 4–25 m/min and is shown digitally on the control panel.
Safety is ensured by five lines of anti-kickback fingers. Two rows are mounted independently, one row is in the work table and two more are in the feed.
The chain drive has a safety device: if chain lubrication is disrupted, a warning light on the control panel indicates that lubrication has not been performed and the machine stops automatically.
The control panel is mounted separately so that it is not affected by vibrations and interference.
The PLC touch screen lets you run programs, with the choice of: only one arbour for sawing, only the top arbour, operation without the upper pressure plate, programmable cutting thickness (option)
8 MRS-700A machines are already operating successfully in Slovenia.
