GANN M18 Electrode
GANN M18 Electrode for measuring wood moisture operates on the principle of electrical resistance. It is designed for precise measurements in wood (up to 180 mm). Made from stainless steel for long service life, the set includes various electrode pins.
Impact electrode M18 is a professional impact electrode for measuring wood moisture, designed for demanding conditions and accurate results. It operates on the principle of electrical resistance, enabling reliable determination of moisture content even deep within the material. It can penetrate up to a depth of 180 mm.
Usage is simple – the user holds the electrode in place with the palm, then drives it into the wood using the handle. The probe housing is made of durable stainless steel, ensuring long service life and reliability.
The set includes 10 electrode pins of 40 and 60 mm in length. For measuring core moisture without the influence of surface moisture, teflon-insulated pins (45 and 60 mm) are also available separately.
The electrode is compatible with a wide range of measuring devices for wood moisture and other parameters. It supports various measurement ranges (approximately 4% to 100% dry matter, depending on the instrument), allowing flexible use in construction, the wood industry, and quality control.
