A highly productive and flexible automatic line for both vertical and horizontal joints, as it has two separate milling units.
The process with two milling units increases capacity by 50%, achieving 4 working cycles per minute.
Batch transfer of pieces is extremely fast, as pieces are processed simultaneously across a width of 600 mm
The key feature of the FL 18 line is the automatic feeding of pieces from the milling section into the press, without the need for an operator. On average, a worker costs 20,000 EUR per year. With an investment in a fully automatic line, you recover this cost in less than a year.
The machine is extremely robust – the whole line weighs 10,000 kg. This meets all finger jointing requirements and ensures really tight joints without gaps or defects. The capacity of this type of line is approximately 11 cubic metres per shift, calculated for elements of 400x30x30 millimetres. Other line types are also available.
