SAF Teknik S-6500 (with inverter) Dust Extraction Unit

The mobile SAF S-6500i dust extractor is an excellent machine that can replace many conventional extraction units, as it features a large filtration surface, a powerful motor, and a large particle separator.

The SAF S-6500i is suitable for extracting wood dust and sawdust from one larger woodworking machine (wide belt sander, CNC machine, edge bander, etc.) or multiple smaller machines (panel saw, thickness planer, milling machine, band saw, etc.).

Thanks to its wheels, the unit is suitable for smaller workshops where the machine occasionally needs to be moved from one place to another.

The dust extraction unit is equipped with 32 bag filters with a diameter of 160 mm and a length of 940 mm, ensuring higher airflow compared to similar machines with fewer filters.

The separator prevents larger particles from entering the turbine, thereby avoiding damage to the impeller and reducing the risk of fire.

As an optional upgrade, a frequency inverter can be installed to regulate airflow, along with an automatic filter cleaning system, improving overall extraction efficiency.

A major advantage of the machine is the enclosed section containing the bag filters and extraction turbine, which enables quieter operation and increased safety.
