Description

Both cutter heads are made od aluminium alloy. The small cutter head is intended for making cabinet door frames and drawers with thickness ranging from 22 to 25 mm, and the large cutter head is intended for making fillers of both small and large doors.

You may choose between the sets with a borehole for clamping with the diameters of 30 and 35 mm. The cutter heads are suitable for machine and manual feeding of workpieces.

The set includes two cutter heads.

The cutter head 1 includes:
⎻    cutter head,
⎻    two HWM blades of type A, 40 × 24.5 × 2 mm (602075).

Technical data for cutter head 1:
⎻    cutter diameter: 120 mm;
⎻    working height: 40 mm;
⎻    maximum working depth: 12 mm;
⎻    borehole diameter: 30 and 35 mm.

Optional accessories (option to buy):
⎻    two HWM blades of type B, 40 × 24.5 × 2 mm (602076),
⎻    two HWM blades of type C, 40 × 24.5 × 2 mm (602077),
⎻    two HWM blades of type D, 40 × 24.5 × 2 mm (602078).

The cutter head 2 includes:
⎻    cutter head,
⎻    two HWM blades of type A, 19.8 × 11.9 × 1.5 mm (601097),
⎻    two HWM blades of type B, 60 × 11.9 × 1.5 mm (601050).

⎻    cutter diameter: 183 mm;
⎻    working height: 25 mm;
⎻    maximum working depth: 61 mm;
⎻    borehole diameter: 30 or 35 mm.
