All documents, images, information and other content published on the website of Lestroj, d.o.o. are subject to copyright and other forms of intellectual property protection. Published content may be reproduced solely for non-commercial purposes and provided that all copyright or other copyright notices and notices are preserved. All persons reproducing and redistributing this information are expected to comply with the terms and conditions required by the authors or copyright holders.

1. Orders

The online store www.lestroj.si enables safe shopping every day of the year, 24 hours a day. The online store does not undertake that all items displayed on the website are in stock. After receiving the placed order, we will inform you about the delivery time (confirmation message). All orders placed are considered final. In the event of an error or for other reasons, you can cancel the order at no additional cost between the time the order is issued and the notification that the order is being processed. In the event that the provider determines that it cannot execute the order under the stated conditions, it may reject the order until the notification that the order is being processed is issued.

The order is stored in electronic form on the provider's server and is accessible to the customer at any time in his user profile or at the provider's headquarters during working hours.

Order received

After submitting the order, the buyer receives a confirmation by e-mail, which means that the order has been successfully submitted for processing. The provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the product and reserves the right to call the user on his phone number in case of ambiguity.

Shipping your order

The provider packs and ships the goods within the promised period and informs the buyer about this by e-mail.

2. Prices

The prices published on the website are the final prices for the customer, including 22% VAT. All prices are in EUR. The prices for the selected product are valid on the day the order is placed. We reserve the right to any errors in the publication of the price. In the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will inform the buyer about this. The provider will try to the best of its ability in every case to provide the customer with a lower price or to offer an appropriate solution that will satisfy both parties.

3. Payment terms and payment options

By placing an order in the online store www.lestroj.si, you undertake to settle the purchase price according to the selected payment method. You are obliged to inspect the products immediately. If the products have an obvious defect, you must notify us immediately.

Payment methods:

Cash on delivery: With cash on delivery, you pay for the ordered products only upon collection at the agreed address.

Payment by proforma invoice: We will send you a proforma invoice with all the necessary information by e-mail or fax. The validity period of the estimate is seven (7) working days. After we receive the payment, we send the selected products within the agreed delivery time to the agreed address.

Payment by debit/credit card.

Postponement of payment (delivery note) - only for legal entities.

4. Product delivery and delivery costs

We deliver the products to you with the help of the GLS courier service or Slovenia Post Office.

For in-stock products, delivery takes 1-3 working days, outside the EU 3-5 working days. In the event that the product is not in stock, we will inform you in a confirmation message to your e-mail address about the delivery, which must not exceed 21 days. Exceptions are vacations and holidays.

5. Returns of goods - withdrawal from the distance contract

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), we guarantee that you can return goods ordered through the online store www.lestroj.si under a so-called distance contract without reason. If the product does not suit you, you must inform us within 15 days, and the product must be returned to us within 30 days after the notice of termination of the contract with the original invoice, in the original packaging, undamaged and unused. The cost you bear is the direct cost of returning the goods (postal costs). If we receive damaged or destroyed goods, we are not obliged to accept the product. We will return the purchase price to your bank account within 30 days at the latest, so please specify it when requesting the return of goods. We do not accept ransom payments.

Exchange of goods

If you have found that the product does not suit you, let us know within 15 days and we will replace it with a newly selected product as soon as possible. In this case, the shipping costs are covered by you, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.

Reclamation

You can advertise the products within 15 days. For products that do not correspond to your order or if the product has a defect or is otherwise damaged, let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement of the product or a refund. If the product was damaged during delivery (damaged packaging), please inform GLS or Slovenia Post Office as soon as possible.
