The CMT diamond router bit is intended to be used on CNC machines for trimming, making grooves and similar. The cutter has positive and negative toothing which allows us to grind coated materials without jamming.

The diamond router bit provides superior results and excellently removes the cut material.
The additional lower blade contributes to easier, cleaner entry of the router bit perpendicular to the material.
The support body of the router is made of DENSIMET carbide, and the blade is made of special industrial diamond, which makes the cutting edge last 50X longer compared to conventional carbide routing bits.
The width of the diamond blade is 2.5 mm, which allows us to grind the diamond up to 3x.
For composite materials with a thickness of 16 to 20 mm, the recommended rotation speed is 18,000 rpm, and the recommended feed speed is 5 to 8.5 m/min.
The CMT diamond router bit is excellent for making grooves with different diameters, trimming and similar in various types of materials, such as wood composites, wood composites enriched with melamine films or veneer, laminates and plastics.
The router bit has right-hand rotation.
