KDT shank profile router bits with a radius and tip are designed for creating decorative panels with wavy patterns, various inscriptions, decorative cutouts, and much more on MDF boards.
The double-edged KDT shank profile bits feature cutting edges made of solid carbide, while the body is coated with a protective layer that shields the bit from rust and reduces the buildup of dirt on the tool surface.
The blade profile is rounded but does not form a perfect quarter-circle, as it is stretched – the profile width is greater than its depth. These router bits can be used on CNC machines as well as on handheld routers with suitable collets (8 or 12 mm).
