CMT Tornado is a new solution for removal of chips and dust in CNC machines.
CMT Tornado T139 is intended to be used in CNC machines, where it is installed instead of the clamping nut.
It can be supplied for bushes ER 20, ER 25, ER 32, ER 40 and EOC25 or DIN6388.
The advantages with using this product are: increased air quality, router service life and processing quality, reduced processing time because there is no cleaning, and the replacement of standard nuts for clamping the bushes.
CMT Tornado cleanly removes the chips at speeds ranging from 6,000 to 20,000 revolutions per minute, and it is suitable for processing chipboard panels, MDF, OSB, HPL boards and other.
For the best results, it is recommended to position the Tornado as close to the workpiece as possible (from 2 to 10 mm).
